Chairman & Independent Director
Mr. Sridar is a veteran of the Indian Banking industry, with an illustrious career path spanning over 35 years. He retired as Chairman & Managing Director of UCO Bank in 2007 where he scripted the bank’s spectacular growth story. Prior to becoming Chairman & Managing Director of UCO Bank, he was Chairman of the National Housing Bank. He started his career with Union Bank of India.
Mohan Tanksale
Independent Director
Mr. Tanksale is one of the most senior and respected bankers in India, having been the Chairman & Managing Director of Central Bank of India and the CEO of the Indian Banks Association (IBA). He has been conferred with several prestigious awards and recognition’s and served on important committees of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Government of India. Besides serving on boards of various companies, Mr. Tanksale is also an Advisor to SWIFT India which supports high quality financial messaging services globally.
Animesh Chauhan
Independent Director
Mr. Animesh Chauhan has more than three decades of rich banking experience including handling overseas operations. Presently, apart from serving on multiple boards as Independent Director, he is a member of the Financial Services Institution Bureau. He was the MD&CEO of Oriental Bank of Commerce for the period December 2014 to June 2017. Mr. Chauhan served as an Executive Director at Central Bank of India from August 2013 to December 2014. He was also Chairman of Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd., Chairman & CEO of The Nainital Bank Ltd., and has served on the boards of Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Co. Ltd, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, and member of Indian Banks Association and National Institute of Banking Studies and Corporate Management. He started his career in 1979 as direct recruited officer in Bank of Baroda and was elevated as General Manager in February 2010.
Anjali Seth
Independent Director
Ms. Anjali Seth has over 35 years’ experience as a professional lawyer advising and consulting with Banks, Financial Institutions, and large corporates.
She started her career as a litigation lawyer and then moved to the corporate sector. She has advised and consulted on a range of matters including M&As, Private Equity (PE) Investments, Stressed Assets, Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), recovery matters, Industrial/Employee Relations, Corporate Governance, Real Estate Negotiations, etc.
She has been associated in various positions with International Finance Corporation, Swaadhar Finserve, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Emmar Properties and Standard Chartered Bank.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in arts (honours) from Meerut University.
Vivek Vig
Non Executive Director
Mr. Vig is a post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has around 30 years of retail banking experience in India and different parts of the globe during which he has held senior positions in Citibank & Centurion Bank. In his previous assignment he was MD & Group CEO of Destimoney Group, which was recently sold to a global PE fund.
Rajendra Naik
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Naik has over 25 years of experience in equity and debt finance structuring and placement. He has wide relationship amongst banks, corporate houses, Mutual funds, and PE funds. He serves as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Centrum Capital Limited.
Arjun Saigal
Nominee Director
Mr. Arjun Saigal is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and has 18 years of industry experience. Arjun joined Morgan Stanley in 2012 and is Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity business in India. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was with Baring Private Equity Partners India. He serves as a Director on the Boards of Kogta Financial, Southern Health Foods Private Limited, and Sterling Accuris Wellness Private Limited. Mr. Saigal is a graduate of the London School of Economics and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Sanjay Shukla
Managing Director and CEO
Mr. Shukla is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in housing and retail asset finance, having led multiple businesses in the past. He was most recently the MD&CEO of Cent Bank Home Finance where he led the turnaround of the company by tripling the AUM & improving the asset quality in a short period of 3 years. Prior to CBHFL, he was the Business Head, Consumer Assets at ING Vysya bank and was responsible for setting up and scaling up the consumer loan vertical. He was also instrumental in starting up the retail housing finance business of Tata Capital as the first business head. Mr. Shukla has also spent 8 years at Citibank where he was the Vice President and Area Director, leading the Retail Banking in East India.
