Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer

Function: Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer
Grade: Officer / Senior Officer
Location: Across the clusters
Qualification: Minimum Graduation and above
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Responsibility:

  • Sourcing business through DSA and DST channels through open market
  • Assisting clients for securing home loans, guiding them for documentation process
  • Ensuring all the documentation and mortgage process gets completed accurately
  • Direct sourcing from potential customers and generating active leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals
  • Ensuring monthly target achievement to achieve the branch’s target as a whole
  • To handle customer queries in the Branch level and ensure NIL customer complaints
  • Coordination with credit team for ensuring no pending requirements from customer’s end
  • Proactively call and visit potential customers to offer tailored mortgage loan solutions, including home loans and loans against property

  • Credit Manager

    Function: Credit Manager

    Qualification: Minimum Graduation and above
    Experience: 3 to 6 years
    Requirement:

  • Monitoring portfolio distribution, concentration, and segmental risk. Monitor portfolio performance and risks emanating from the same across product, geography, program
  • Conducting personal discussions with the customers to assess the willingness and capacity of the borrower to repay
  • Keep a watch on the budgeted credit loss vis-à-vis actual credit losses and early indicators to suggest appropriate policy changes
  • Monitoring of credit underwriting policy and framework
  • Appropriate flagging and proposals under various categories and schemes
  • Ensuring TAT is getting maintained from inward to sanction
  • 100% scrutiny of customer documents and internal / external verification reports. Any negative reports / documents to be reported in writing to ACM & reporting Manager
  • Driving a team of CPAs and monitoring their performances

  • Collection Manager

    Function: Collection Manager
    Grade: Assistant Manager

    Qualification: Minimum Graduation and above
    Experience: 2 to 6 years
    Requirement:

  • To achieve the monthly and annual Collection targets, thereby contributing to achieve Branch target, as a whole
  • Responsible to effect recoveries under existing NPA cases and for up-gradation (Roll Back/Normalization & OTS) of the allocated NPA cases
  • To convert collections through Cash and PDC to ECS / NACH
  • To ensure strict compliance on same day collection entry in ERPS and handover of daily collection to Branch Accountant
  • To adhere to company-defined, ethical and acceptable collection practices
  • Managing a team of collection executive and keep a track of their day to day activities

  • Managing the S & D team of 2-5 sales personnel and DSA channel in defined location
  • Work closely with the Credit and Operations team & support on offering innovative product offerings
  • Manage the grow the Business vendors and Builder relationships in the region
