He retired as Chairman & Managing Director of UCO Bank in 2007 where he scripted the bank’s spectacular growth story. Prior to becoming Chairman & Managing Director of UCO Bank, he was Chairman of the National Housing Bank. He started his career with Union Bank of India. He currently serves on the board of 8 companies.

Mr. Tanksale is one of the most senior and respected bankers in India, having been the Chairman & Managing Director of Central Bank of India and the CEO of the Indian Banks Association (IBA). He has been conferred with several prestigious awards and recognition’s and served on important committees of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Government of India. Besides serving on boards of various companies, Mr. Tanksale is also an Advisor to SWIFT India which supports high quality financial messaging services globally.

Ms. Seth has over 25 years of experience as a professional lawyer advising and consulting with Banks, Financial Institutions, and large corporate. She has been associated in various positions with International Finance Corporation, Swaadhar Finserve and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
Vivek Vig

Mr. Vig is a post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has around 30 years of retail banking experience in India and different parts of the globe during which he has held senior positions in Citibank & Centurion Bank. In his previous assignment he was MD & Group CEO of Destimoney Group, which was recently sold to a global PE fund.
Rajendra Naik

Mr. Naik has over 20 years of experience in equity and debt finance structuring and placement. He has wide relationship amongst banks, corporate houses, Mutual funds, and PE funds. He serves as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Centrum Capital Limited. He also serves as a Director of Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd.
Arjun Saigal

Mr. Saigal serves as Executive Director and Co-head of Morgan Stanley’ Private Equity operations in India. He has 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was with Baring Private Equity Partners India. He serves as a Director on the Boards of Kogta Financial, Southern Health Foods Private Limited, and Sahajanand Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He is also an Alternate Director of Five-Star Business Finance Limited. Mr. Saigal is a graduate of the London School of Economics and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Sanjay Shukla

Mr. Shukla has over 25 years of experience, primarily in the housing finance industry. He is credited for reviving Cent Bank Home Finance and setting up Tata Capital Housing Finance in 2009. He has also worked with ING Vysya Bank, Citibank, HDFC, and LICHFL. He is qualified CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
