Self-Construction Loan
Self-construction loans are extended to customers to construct residential premises either from a contractor or contractual builder on a freehold owned plot of non-agricultural land as per approvals from necessary authorities. The loan is disbursed as per the stage of construction giving the customers flexibility to contribute their share in parts.
