Prior to joining Centrum, Vivek has worked in different capacities and roles with LIC Housing Finance,Dewan Housing Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance,and L&T Housing Finance. He has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
Mehul Jatania
Chief Financial Officer
Mehul is a financial services professional with 13+ years of experience at the intersection of Corporate Finance and Strategy. At Centrum, he has been involved in setting up of the Housing Finance business. Prior to joining Centrum, Mehul was last involved in a multi-stage transaction of sale of NSR’s 49% stake in PNB Housing Finance to Carlyle. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Elvis Patel
National Head – Sales
Elvis has 15+ years’ experience in retail banking industry across sales, channel management, and credit.He has worked with IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Citibank, and Tata Capital Housing Finance.
Elvis has a Postgraduate degree in Finance from IIPS Indore.
Muthu Thodiyil Manoj
Head – Product
Manoj brings more than 18 years of experience in the domain of lending, consulting and process orientation. He is a mortgage specialist and has worked with major players like ICICI Bank, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance and Aditya Birla Finance. He has launched & developed new markets for all these financial institutions.
Manoj is an MBA and has also completed PGDM for working executives from IIM Raipur.
Vishwajeet Singh Bais

Vishwajeet has 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry across banks and financial institutions in a wide range of areas encompassing sales, distribution management etc. He has previously worked with IDBI Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab, Deutsche Post Housing Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance, ING Vysya Bank and Cent Bank Housing Finance.
Vishwajeet is a B. Com graduate from Vikram University, Madhya Pradesh.
