He has been working in the financial and strategic sectors for more than 17 years, having been involved in the multi-stage sale of NSR’s 49% stake in PNB Housing Finance to Carlyle.

Past experience – Satyam Computers, Destimoney and Centrum Retail.

An experienced professional with over 27 years of experience spread across the spectrum of Businesses in service sector with expertise in Mortgage Finance, where he was involved in rural and semi-urban lending, corporate lending in reputed banks and HFCs.

Past experience – Citibank, TATA Capital Housing Finance and Aditya Birla Housing Finance.

He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in banking and finance industry, specifically in the housing finance domain.

Past experience – Deutsche Postbank HFL, Tata Capital HFL, Centrum Housing Finance Ltd, Motilal Oswal Housing Finance and Altum Credo Home Finance.

Latha Paul

Head – HR

A Master’s degree holder in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work with a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from XLRI.

She brings with her 28 years of rich experience across multiple Industry domains like Healthcare, Education, Consumer Durables and Housing Finance with a proven track record of success in People Development.

Past Experience – Eicher Designs, ID Education, and Blue Star Limited and National Trust Housing Finance Limited (NAT Trust)

Vivek is an accomplished Risk Management professional with 25 years of rich experience in credit risk management across diverse mortgage products. His areas of expertise include Credit Underwriting,Policies and Processes, Fraud Control, and Portfolio Management.

Prior to joining Centrum, Vivek has worked in different capacities and roles with LIC Housing Finance,Dewan Housing Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance,and L&T Housing Finance. He has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.

Mehul is a financial services professional with 13+ years of experience at the intersection of Corporate Finance and Strategy. At Centrum, he has been involved in setting up of the Housing Finance business. Prior to joining Centrum, Mehul was last involved in a multi-stage transaction of sale of NSR’s 49% stake in PNB Housing Finance to Carlyle. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Elvis has 15+ years’ experience in retail banking industry across sales, channel management, and credit.He has worked with IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Citibank, and Tata Capital Housing Finance.

Elvis has a Postgraduate degree in Finance from IIPS Indore.

Manoj brings more than 18 years of experience in the domain of lending, consulting and process orientation. He is a mortgage specialist and has worked with major players like ICICI Bank, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance and Aditya Birla Finance. He has launched & developed new markets for all these financial institutions.

Manoj is an MBA and has also completed PGDM for working executives from IIM Raipur.
